PET plastic (polyethylene terephthalate), including PET-GL, is a technical construction plastic with high strength, good dimensional stability and good wear properties.<\/strong> The material is well suited for machined components where precision, mechanical strength and stable dimensions are required.<\/p>\n

Properties and uses<\/h2>\n

PET has high stiffness and good dimensional stability combined with low moisture absorption and good wear properties. The material is therefore well suited for precision components and machine parts with relatively tight tolerances.<\/p>\n

Technical PET is used for bearings, bushings, guides, rollers, sliding parts and other machine components in industrial and maritime applications.<\/p>\n

Machined parts in PET plastic<\/h2>\n

Scanco can supply CNC machined<\/a> parts in PET according to drawing or 3D model. The material's dimensional stability and machinability make it well suited for precision components and special parts.<\/p>\n

We produce both individual components and series in our own workshop. If you don't have a drawing or 3D model, we can also 3D scanning and reverse engineering<\/a> existing components.<\/p>\n

PET and PET-GL semi-finished products<\/h2>\n
