The material has low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability, making it suitable for components with relatively tight tolerances.<\/p>\n<p>POM-C also has good resistance to many oils, fuels and chemicals. The combination of mechanical properties and good machinability makes the material widely used in industry, machine building and maritime applications.<\/p>\n<h2>Machined parts in POM-C<\/h2>\n<p>POM-C is well suited for <a href=\"https:\/\/scanco.no\/en\/cnc-maskinering\/\">CNC machining<\/a> and is used for bearings, bushings, slide rails, guides, gears and other machine components, among other things.<\/p>\n<p>Scanco can supply machined POM-C parts according to drawings or 3D models, both as individual components and series. The machining is carried out in our own workshop. If you do not have a drawing or 3D model, we can also <a href=\"https:\/\/scanco.no\/en\/3d-scanning\/\">3D scanning and reverse engineering<\/a> existing components.<\/p>\n<h2>POM-C semi-finished product<\/h2>\n<p>We supply POM-C as semi-finished products in various dimensions and designs.
