Scanco provides manufacturing and workshop services to industrial customers in the areas of CNC machining, waterjet cutting, 3D printing, 3D scanning, valve and pump repair, and brake and clutch rehabilitation. With our own workshop and modern production equipment, we can assist from single components and prototypes to repairs and small series.
With advanced CNC machinery and experienced machinists, we manufacture precision components in metals, plastics and composite materials. From small, complex parts to larger components and shafts, we handle both one-off production and series production.
With our 3 × 3 metre waterjet cutting table, we cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses, including metals, plastics, rubber and composite materials.
With two cutting heads, we can produce multiple parts efficiently and reduce production time and cost.
We rehabilitate industrial brakes and clutches by replacing worn friction linings on brake shoes, brake bands, brake segments and clutch components.
We stock a range of friction materials in different qualities and dimensions for various industrial applications.
We repair and refurbish industrial valves and pumps in our workshop in Bergen. Our services include disassembly, inspection, cleaning, machining and replacement or repair of worn components, helping extend service life and reduce the need for complete replacement.
We manufacture prototypes, one-off parts and series using industrial 3D printing. With a wide range of engineering materials, we can produce both functional components and complex geometries for demanding industrial applications.
We provide high-accuracy 3D scanning for reverse engineering, dimensional inspection and documentation of existing components. Scanned data can be used to create accurate 3D models and drawings for reproduction, modification or further development.
Production and workshop services for industry
Scanco combines modern production technology with our own mechanical workshop in Bergen. We assist industrial customers with the manufacture of new components, reverse engineering, repair and rehabilitation. With CNC machining, waterjet cutting, 3D printing and 3D scanning under one roof, we can handle projects from digitisation and design data to finished machined or manufactured components. We also repair industrial valves and pumps and rehabilitate brakes and clutches.
